Overview
High-resolution inspections of water, wastewater and industrial assets – without putting people inside.
Our specialist ROV and drone fleet is built for demanding environments, giving you clear, actionable data while tanks and vessels stay in service wherever possible.
Internal ROV Surveys – Tanks, Reservoirs & Confined Spaces
We deploy industry-specific ROV units to inspect:
- Potable water reservoirs and service tanks
- Wastewater tanks, storm tanks and balance tanks
- Industrial process vessels and sumps
- Tunnels, culverts and difficult-access structures
ROVs deliver live video, stills and measurements from inside the asset, allowing you to:
- Assess condition and defects
- Plan maintenance and repairs
- Verify cleaning effectiveness
Where suitable, we can also provide robotic cleaning of reservoirs and tanks, removing sediment and debris without draining or taking the asset offline.
External Drone Inspections – Roofs & Structures
Our top-tier aerial drones capture detailed imagery of:
- Tank roofs and external pipework
- Elevated and enclosed structures
- Access platforms, ladders and pipework routes
This allows rapid condition assessment of areas that may otherwise require scaffolding, MEWPs or rope access.
Before manned entry for complex cleaning or inspection projects, we use ROVs and drones to:
- Check internal layout, sediment levels and obstructions
- Confirm atmosphere and water levels are as expected (with your site data)
- Identify hazards that could affect entry teams
- Refine method statements and rescue plans
This reduces surprises on the day and makes confined space entries more efficient and controlled.
- No man entry where possible – reduced confined space risk.
- Assets can often remain online – less disruption to operations.
- Supports water quality and safety compliance across water, wastewater and industrial sites.
- Lower project cost and downtime compared to traditional access methods.
- Less stress on tank and reservoir structures – minimal emptying cycles.
- High-quality visual records for asset management, planning and reporting.
All surveys are delivered with clear visual evidence and concise findings to support asset maintenance and rehabilitation and compliance decisions.
